Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product or wish to exchange it, you can return or exchange it provided it is in the same condition as received, and unused.
After we receive the product, our team will conduct a quick inspection to ensure its condition and quality. This inspection process may take up to 7 business days.

Easy Steps for Return or Exchange

  1. Send us a return or exchange request through customer service or email
  2. The Minon team will receive the product and conduct a quality inspection
  3. After the inspection, we will contact you via email, text message, or phone call to inform you of the result
  4. If the request is approved for return, your money will be refunded using the original payment method
  5. If you wish to exchange the product, we will arrange for the delivery of the replacement product at the earliest convenient time

Refund Method

Cash Payment: Your money will be refunded within two business days from the issuance of the inspection report. Visa or bank transfer: The money will be transferred within 14 business days to the same account used for payment.

Deduction Cases

If the customer decides to cancel an order paid by Visa or credit card without a reason or defect in the product or any shortcoming on our part, we will deduct 2% from the total order value. This is a fixed procedure and cannot be contested
