Steps of the Refund Process
The refund process begins after the quality inspection of the returned product and its acceptance.
The quality inspection process takes a maximum of 7 working days from the date Minon Furniture receives the returned product.
After the inspection is completed, the customer is notified of the inspection result via email, text message, or phone call.
Refund Methods
Refunds are made using the same payment method.
Cash in the case of cash payment.
Bank transfer in the case of payment via bank transfer or credit card.
In the case of cash purchase: The amount is refunded within two working days from the issuance of the product inspection report.
In the case of payment by Visa: The amount is refunded within 14 working days from the issuance of the product inspection report, via bank transfer to the customer's own account.
Order Cancellation Cases
In the case of canceling paid orders made by credit cards without reason, defects, or service shortcomings, a 2% deduction from the total order value will be applied, and the customer has no right to dispute this deduction.
